DMCA Copyright Policy

Hubscity respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that content hosted on Hubscity infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the original work you claim is being infringed
- Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) on hubscity.com where the infringing content is located
- Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Statement of accuracy: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
2. Where to Send Your Notice

3. Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Hubscity will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your complaint
- Investigate the claimed infringement
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the complaint is valid
- Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the removal
We typically process valid takedown notices within 48 to 72 hours.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
5. Repeat Infringers
Hubscity maintains a policy of terminating accounts or blocking access for users who are repeat infringers. If you believe a user on our platform is repeatedly infringing copyrights, please report this to us with details of the infringements.
6. Important Notes
- Filing a false DMCA claim may expose you to liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please ensure your complaint is made in good faith.
